The cuisine of the restaurant Son Quint is essentially Mediterranean. The specialties of the house are cooked meats, although if you had to recommend only one, the house recommends the Irish beef stew with parmentier of violet and crispy potato cassava, a dish prepared for 18 hours and whose recipe is a myth .
Our menu is based on tastefully selected seasonal products, which conclude an innovative but recognisable gastronomy, with some magic and a lot of execution technique. Extraordinary proposals that can be customised according to the needs of our clients and that will satisfy the most demanding palates.
We highlight the pork knuckle glazed with honey with thyme sauce, dish that the chef advises, lamb confit, sirloin, beef stew, cod with octopus, bluefin tuna with vegetable wok or sea bass with rice and Squid; All prepared with a touch of creativity but respecting the traditional flavours. And to top it off we propose delicious desserts such as the compact black chocolate with strawberry soup, the gató with pumpkin cream or the white chocolate brownie.
Our daily menu consists of an entree, starter, main course and dessert, at the price of € 15; On weekends we elaborate a special menu with more alternatives of meat and fish also composed of 4 servings, for the price of 20 €
